Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged fabric, please mail us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for an exchange of the damaged item. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for any other reason.
